Our simple 3 step approach

1. Contact us to register your interest. We will send you a detailed explanation of our solution.
2. Agree dates with us, and market the ITIL® training to your clients*. We will add the course to our advertised schedule, and pass on any sales queries
3. On the agreed date(s), an accredited Helix tutor will arrive with all the necessary course material and deliver the course, complete with an EXIN web-based or paper-based exam.

* Examination institute rules are that courses advertised must state ‘This course is presented on behalf of [non accredited organisation] by Helix SMS Ltd who is an (IE name) Accredited Training Provider’.
