Summary

This is an introduction to PRINCE2. PRINCE2 is a project methodology that can be applied in any sized organisation in any industry. This introductory session caters for both those who have existing knowledge of PRINCE2 and those who are completely new to the method. The content can be tailored to meet the needs of the audience.

Format

This course can be delivered from a 1 hour to whole day event. It can be tailored to a specific organisation's needs.

You may use the time as you wish. Many of our customers like to organise an exclusive session for the more senior members of the audience before holding one or more follow-on sessions for other groups – there are no additional charges for these arrangements.

Upon your request we can invest time before the course to tailor the content to your needs without further charge.
