Who we are
Helix was formed at the end of 2006 to provide Service Management training and consultancy. We specialise in offering in-house training for organisations. Many clients choose in-house training, as Helix trainers are able to emphasise how aspects of the ITIL® framework are particularly relevant to the issues affecting the client organisation. Using only experienced trainers and consultants , with many years of practical experience, Helix provides ongoing support to clients, maximising their chances of exam success

What we do
Training
- In-house Training
We provide ITIL® Version 2 Service Management training at Foundation, Practitioner and Manager levels. As the new ITIL® Version 3 courses become available we shall also be offering the full range of Version 3 training.
We are also accredited by itSMF to provide training leading to the ISO/IEC 20000 Consultancy Certificate .
Helix trainers have taught throughout the UK, and in Estonia, Denmark, Germany and Ireland. We are always happy to consider new locations!

- Public Schedule
Through our training partners, we offer Public Courses at a number of locations. If you provide other IT Training and are interested in adding ITIL® training to your schedule, through a partnership with an Accredited Training Organisation, contact us to discuss how we could work together
Consultancy
Helix provides consultancy in all areas of Service Management. Previous experience includes:-
- Advising local councils on achieving ISO/IEC 20000 Certification
- Gap analysis report and recommendations for a large UK outsourcer
- Achieving Sarbanes Oxley compliance within the Information Services division for a leading automotive manufacturer.
- Providing consultancy to two UK Central Government departments
