ISO/IEC 20000 contains a comprehensive description of the processes involved in delivering high quality business-oriented IT services. Companies certified in this standard can be expected to have been audited against international best practices in IT service management.
Who should attend
The ISO/IEC 20000 SQM Foundation program is targeted at a wider audience of IT service professionals who play a role or have an interest in SQM, even if their employer’s or customer’s organization is not (yet) ISO/IEC 20000 certified.
Prerequisite
Possession of the Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management (based on ITIL®) or equivalent knowledge is highly recommended.
